The principle of running electric hoist
When walking, choose an electric motor to drive the wheels on both sides of the running car. Because the running speed is relatively small, therefore the running car usually does not have the braking organization. To prevent the weight from falling down, an electromagnetic brake is installed on the lifting structure. The brake is to rely on the pressure of the spring to the internal and external disc pressure, the principle is similar to the conflict clutch, release the use of electromagnet electrified back to absorb the external disc and make the internal and external disc loose. The circuit of the electromagnetic brake is connected in parallel with the circuit of the lifting motor, so that as soon as the lifting motor is ignited, the electromagnetic brake is loosened, allowing the weight to rise and fall freely, the electromagnetic attraction dissipates, under the pressure of the spring, the inner plate of the watch is firmly pressed down, playing the role of braking. In order to prevent the occurrence of the lifting limit, a lifting limiter is usually installed at the lower part of the reel. When the load rises to the limit address, the pressure plate and limit switch touch, turn off the power, cut off the heavy network continues to rise. The position limiter is used to prevent the crane from rising beyond the limit address, so it can not be used normally.
