Rules of use for 50 tons hand chain hoist
1, hand hoist should be checked before lifting the mechanical part of the equipment, wire rope, hooks, limit device should be intact, check electrical parts should be no leakage, grounding device should be good. 2. Do not use electric hoist to lift with overload, do not hold the hand between rope and object when lifting, avoid collision when lifting.

4. If the hand chain hoist has a strange smell during hoisting, stop the car immediately to check the high temperature, find out the reason and deal with it before continuing to work.
5, hand hoist wire rope on the reel to be wound neatly, when the hook in place, the reel on the wire rope should not be less than three rounds.
6. Use the suspension cable electric switch to start, the insulation must be good, sliding must be free, and the correct operation of the button and pay attention to the standing position.
7. During lifting, when the weight falls due to a fault, emergency measures must be taken to lower the weight to an unattended place.

9. After finishing the work, the electric hoist should stop at the designated position, the hook should be raised, and the power should be cut off.
